Notes: We consider a combination of uterine bisection and fibroid morcellation to be the most versatile technique for completing a vaginal hysterectomy for an enlarged fibroid uterus. The recording starts once the uterosacral-cardinal ligament complex has been divided and the uterine vessels ligated.
